Refund & Return Policy – ShoeBuzz Wholesale

At ShoeBuzz Wholesale, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since we mainly deal in wholesale and bulk shoe orders, please carefully read our return, refund, and exchange policy before placing an order.


 Wholesale Order Policy

ShoeBuzz Wholesale mainly supplies products in bulk quantities for retailers and resellers. Due to the nature of wholesale business, all orders are verified before dispatch.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


 Return Eligibility

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • Wrong product was delivered

  • Product arrived damaged

  • Major manufacturing defect is found

  • Incorrect size or color was sent by our team

To be eligible for return:

  • Product must be unused

  • Product must remain in original packaging

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Proper unboxing video or photo proof may be required


 Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted for:

  • Minor color variation due to lighting/screen settings

  • Change of mind after order dispatch

  • Wrong size selected by customer

  • Used or damaged products after delivery

  • Orders delayed due to transport/courier services

  • Clearance, sale, or discounted products (if mentioned)


 Bulk & Wholesale Orders

As we deal in wholesale quantities:

  • Small finishing differences may occur

  • Packaging style may vary depending on stock and quantity

  • Product boxes/cartons may differ from product images

Customers placing bulk orders are expected to understand normal wholesale variations.


 Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email

  2. Share:

    • Order ID

    • Product photos/videos

    • Reason for return

  3. Our team will verify the issue

  4. If approved, return instructions will be shared

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


 Refund Policy

If a refund is approved:

  • Refund will be processed after product inspection

  • Refund time may take 5–7 working days

  • Refund may be sent through:

    • Original payment method

    • UPI

    • Bank transfer

Shipping or transport charges may not be refundable in some cases.


 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only possible if:

  • Wrong size/color was sent by our team

  • Product has major defect

Exchange depends on stock availability.


 Shipping & Transport Charges

Customers are responsible for:

  • Shipping charges

  • Transport charges

  • Loading/handling charges (if applicable)

For wholesale orders sent through transport services:

  • Delivery timing depends on the selected transport company

  • ShoeBuzz Wholesale is not responsible for delays caused by transport operators


Damaged Parcels

If parcel packaging appears damaged during delivery:

  • Please record an unboxing video immediately

  • Report the issue within 24–48 hours

Without proper proof, claims may not be accepted.


 Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once order is packed or shipped:

  • Cancellation may not be possible

  • Cancellation charges may apply in some cases
